Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant operated a public bath for 24 hours with the trade name “C” in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B.

In the case of public bath business places that run 24 hours of business, the access by juveniles under the Juvenile Protection Act shall be restricted from the scope of 22:0 to 05:00.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from around 04:10 on December 25, 2012 to 05:00 on the same day, entered D (95-years) and two other juveniles, and violated the sanitary control standards of the public health business entity.
