Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

In cases of public bath business providing services, such as facilities and equipment, which make it possible for customers to take a bath or blood, and which conducts 24 hours of business, the access of juveniles shall be restricted from 22:00 to 05:00.

Nevertheless, at around 03:00 on March 31, 2013, the Defendant entered two juveniles from the “Caria” operated by the Defendant, which was operated by the Government-si B, including D(16 years of age) and E(16 years of age), and did not comply with the matters to be observed by the public health business entity.
