A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud;

A. On January 3, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 08:17, 2019, the Defendant: (b) opened an open marketing room with the content that “the purchase of cultural merchandise tickets” is “the purchase of cultural merchandise tickets by accessing Kakakaox; and (c) sent fin numbers to the victim when the victim expressed his intent to sell cultural merchandise rights by accessing Kakaox; and (d) transferred fin numbers to the account.

The Defendant deceptioned the victim, and received from the victim the pin number of KRW 40,00 won of cultural products right (C) around that time.

B. On January 12, 2019, the Defendant, who committed the crime against the victim D, made a false statement that the Defendant would inform the Defendant of the No. fin number of cultural products when he deposits money to the account by entering an open hosting room with the content that “the purchase of cultural products” established by the victim by accessing the Kakakao Stockholm, although there is no intent or ability to sell the cultural products right.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 180,00 from the victim’s E-Union account in the name of the Defendant at that time.

C. At around 12:00 on January 30, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim G, the Defendant did not intend or have the ability to sell the game money. The fact was written on the content that “H purchases the game money” posted by accessing the “H” website, and said that the Defendant sent the game money to the victim by communicating the victim with the Kakao Stockholm.

At around 12:12 of the same day, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, transferred KRW 74,00 to the post office account in the name of the mother of the Defendant from the victim.

On February 6, 2019, the Defendant accused of the crime against the Victim K by deceiving the victim in the same manner as the above paragraph (c), and then committing the crime against the victim at around 11:52 on the same day.
