A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall arrange, induce, induce or compel sexual traffic in return for receiving or promising to receive money, valuables or other property benefits.

Nevertheless, on July 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 23:55, the 17th floor of Seocheon-si Officetel C Officetel, and (b) received 1.50,000 won from the police officer disguised to customers as the price for sexual traffic; and (c) had BJ, a female employee waiting in the said Office BI, arrange sexual intercourse with the above BH.
