A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No one shall arrange any sexual intercourse with unspecified persons in return for receiving or promising to receive money, valuables or other property benefits.
From January 2, 2019 to January 17, 2019, the Defendant leased No. 3 and No. 4, and employed Russia’s nationality E as women engaged in commercial sex acts, advertised “G” and “H” with the trade name “F”, which is an Internet sex arrangement site, and reported the advertisement to an unspecified number of customers, and had them receive KRW 100,000 from 10,000 to 140,000 for each course, and had the said women and sexual intercourse in the said C or D room.
Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

1. Reasons for sentencing under Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act of the provisional payment order;
1. The scope of punishment by law: One to seven years of imprisonment;
