Punishment of the crime

[2017 Gohap 89] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On January 1, 2017, the Defendant conspiredd with a person who is unable to know the name in the U.S. to import the Mepter, a local mental medicine, into the Republic of Korea, to import the Mepter (the so-called “Melopon”; hereinafter “Melopon”).

Accordingly, around that time, the defendant remitted US$4,00 to an account with no identification number, and a person whose name in the United States is not known has sent approximately 114.09g of philophone to Korea on the con paper, and sent it to Korea on January 14, 2017, and had him arrive at the Incheon Airport around 12:19.

Accordingly, the defendant imported philophones in collusion with a person who could not know his name.

2. The Defendant drank each philoopon in the vicinity of the E Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, with water, in the early January 2017 and on January 2017.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones over twice.

[2017 Gohap 394] On January 1, 2017, the Defendant, in collusion with G around 08:00, at the G’s residence located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F apartment housing 301, administered a medication by means of spreading approximately one gram of philophone, which is a local mental medicine, on a gambling ground, turning the bottom into a throwter, and spreading it up to one another.
