Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Daegu District Court on December 28, 2009, and was sentenced to six years of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in a retrial case at the same court on November 7, 2014 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daegu Detention Center on August 24, 2015.

On March 11, 2016, the Defendant requested C to prepare the so-called “telphone,” and requested D to transfer KRW 20 million to E on March 16, 2016, and KRW 5 million on March 16, 2016, respectively.

A person whose name is unknown shall be divided into approximately 261.041g of philophones and six vinyls, and concealed the addressee at the bottom of the 40,000 Vinton and sent him/her “F” or “G” to the domicile to be sent by “I cafeteria located in H of Daegu City, Seogu,” and sent him/her at the international air port of the Cheong-si, China.
