Punishment of the crime

On September 1, 2013, at around 23:10, the Defendant, at around 23:10, driven a rocketing vehicle with the blood alcohol concentration of 0.203% without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the guard room of the Howon apartment complex in Tae-dong, Gwangju, to the roads adjacent to the same apartment underground parking lot.
