Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인은 2013. 10. 29. 02:40경 춘천시 C에 있는 ‘D마트’ 앞 인도에서 피해자 E(26세)과 피해자 F(여, 22세)에게 아무런 이유 없이 욕설을 하고 시비를 걸면서 피해자 E의 머리를 잡아채고, 이를 제지하는 피해자 F, G(여, 18세)의 얼굴을 각각 주먹으로 때리고, 피해자 H(18세)을 밀쳐 넘어뜨리고, 피해자 I(17세)의 얼굴을 주먹으로 때리고 발로 배를 걷어찼다.
