1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

Basic Facts

On December 21, 1972, including the details of the division of the pertinent land and the registration of ownership transfer, in the E, 128 square meters prior to the subdivision, in the 128 square meters prior to the subdivision (hereinafter the name of the administrative district is omitted) and in the F. 186 square meters prior to the subdivision, 575 square meters prior to the subdivision were divided, respectively.

Before subdivision, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of Dong G (Death on January 26, 1968) with respect to the area of 327 square meters and 575 square meters prior to D before subdivision.

Since then on April 15, 1994, J completed the entire transfer registration under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (amended by Act No. 4502, Nov. 30, 1992; hereinafter "Special Measures Act") on the ground of sale and purchase on May 1, 1982 with respect to the above I shares, and K completed the entire transfer registration under the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (amended by Act No. 4502, Nov. 30, 1992; hereinafter "Special Measures Act"), on March 24, 1995.

L shall complete the registration of transfer of ownership under the Act on Special Measures (Act No. 3094) for the portion of 331/575, among the portion of 575 square meters, prior to D prior to D on February 14, 1979, for the sale on February 1, 1963. M shall complete the registration of transfer of ownership under the Act on Special Measures (Act No. 3094) for the portion of 118/575, among the above land on March 10, 1980. N shall complete the registration of transfer of ownership for the remaining portion of 126/575, among the above land on June 14, 191.

At present, the 327 square meters prior to the division is divided into C, 263 square meters prior to C, 47 square meters prior toO, and 17 square meters prior to the division, and the 575 square meters prior to D before the division is divided into D, 150 square meters prior to Q, 301 square meters prior to the division, 47 square meters prior to R, 60 square meters prior to S, and 17 square meters prior to T.

The Plaintiff’s mother in the process of the relevant case is divided into M and N in the Changwon District Court M & N in 191, the Changwon District Court 91Mo4326.
