A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Around June 17, 2016, the Defendant purchased and sold the psychotropic drugs with cash 700,000 won, which is a local mental medicine, derived from D’s prosperity price at a distance of 17:00 from Asan-si, Asan-si, Asan-si, by giving and buying KRW 700,000.

2. Medication of psychotropic drugs;

A. On July 2016, the Defendant injected the Mepter, the volume of which was dilution with water on the second floor of No. 69 in Pyeongtaek-si E, in a single-use injection device, into the Defendant’s right joints, and administered the Mepter, which is a fluoric mental medicine, into the Defendant’s right joints.

B. On August 2016, the Defendant injected, in the toilet for “Gel” lake, located in Pyeongtaek-siF, around 20:0, the Defendant injected the Meart crypt, which is a numerically mental medicine, into the Defendant’s right arm’s length, in a way like paragraph 2(a).

On September 22, 2016, the Defendant injected the Metetop cryer, which is a numerically mental medicine in the quantity, into the right parallel of the Defendant, within the guest room room in Pyeongtaek-si H around 22:00, in a way like paragraph 2(a).

On March 3, 2017, the Defendant administered the Mepter, which is a numerically mental medicine, in a way as referred to in paragraph 2(a), at the home of the Defendant, J Apartment-si, 212, 1505, and in a way as referred to in paragraph 2(a), on the right her own, and administered the Mepter, which is a numerically mental medicine.

E. On May 2017, around 24:00, at the same place as paragraph 2(d) of No. 2, the Defendant administered the Meart crypt, which is a mass aesthetic medicine, in the same manner as paragraph 2(a), to the right be arms of the Defendant, at the same time as paragraph 2(d).

F. On June 21, 2017, around 00:20 around 00:20, at the same place as paragraph (d) of No. 2, the Defendant administered the Metecile, which is a local mental medicine, in the same manner as paragraph (a) of paragraph 2, by injecting the Mecher, into the right beer of the Defendant.
