A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim C (the 39 years of age) are married couple on April 8, 2003.

1. On February 25, 2008, the Defendant injured the victim on February 25, 2008, at the Defendant’s house located in Ulsan-gu D building 1101, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, 2008. In so doing, the Defendant argued that the victim under the influence of alcohol flows with another male, thereby disputing the victim’s appearance.
