A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 22, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection of Victims Thereof (Rape, etc.) in the support of the Daejeon District Court on January 22, 2008, and completed the execution of the sentence in the branch of the Hongsung Prison on November 25, 2014. On June 20, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Red Support of the Daejeon District Court on November 20, 2017, and the judgment was finalized on November 20, 2017.

Criminal facts

1. Injury;

A. On October 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a dispute with the victim C501 in Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-gu, 201, as a male relationship with the victim D (the age of 41) on October 8, 2016; (b) committed an injury to the victim’s salt and tension, which requires two-day medical treatment, by leaving the victim’s telegraph due to drinking and growth.

B. On November 13, 2016, at around 23:00, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, i.e., external wound on the left-hand side of the number of days of treatment, by making the victim’s telegraph by drinking and planting from a fel’s fel’s furine room in the same Gu E, for the said reasons.

At around 16:00 on January 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) sought a telegraph from the victim due to drinking and salivation of the victim for the foregoing reasons; (b) sought a telegraph from the Defendant’s female H located in his/her house located in Jinari-si around 14:00 on January 10, 2017; (c) sought a telegraph from the victim due to drinking and salivation on the ground that the victimized person was deprived of the Defendant’s life at his/her house located in Jinsu-si, which caused damage to the Defendant; and (d) sustained the victim from drinking and salivation of the said G building 201 on the same day on around 18:00 on the same day; (c) sought the telegraph from the victim due to drinking and salivation for the said reason, thereby causing injury, such as a duplicating dys, which affected the victim’s body.

2. On December 7, 2016, the Defendant injured the victim by assault and injury was feleng on the floor of the instant Itel 1004 of the same Gu Officetel 15:00 on December 7, 2016, and the Defendant was fele and knee in need of two weeks’ treatment by having the victim protruding.
