1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company that provides real estate-related services, and the Defendant is a company that implements development projects, such as the construction of a main complex building (hereinafter “instant development projects”), by developing three lots of land outside Pyeongtaek-si C (hereinafter “instant development projects”), and Pyeongtaek-si D and six lots of land constructed accordingly (hereinafter “instant building”).

B. On July 17, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a PM agreement with the Defendant for the purpose of providing various services and advisory services regarding the implementation of the instant development project (hereinafter “instant service agreement”). The key contents are as follows.

Article 1 (Real Estate) 1) Site Location: The purpose of use of Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do, and three lots of land: 4) Site area: 1,233.00 square meters (Ap. 372.98 square meters): Total floor area: approximately 15,214.59 square meters (A. 4,602.41 square meters, plan) “B (the scope of service)” shall provide “A (Defendant)” with the following duties and delegate “A (Defendant)” to “B (Plaintiff)”:

1) The selection of the contractor for the project, terms and conditions of the execution (unit cost, method of payment of construction cost, etc.), execution management, work supervision (including the selection of a construction supervision entity, terms and conditions consultation) and preparation of reports on the project project (including consultation on the selection of construction supervision entity), consultation on the project’s project’s project’s project’s project’s project’s project’s project’s project’s structure (financial, etc.) and consultation on the terms and conditions of trust; 3) the selection of a professional engineer for the project’s project’s project, consultation on the terms and conditions of the selection (other than the entrusted operator) and consultation on the terms and conditions of the selection (5) the selection of a specialized technical engineer for the sale of goods and sale of the project’s project’s project’s project’s project’s project’s project’s project’s overall management for the project’s project’s overall management, and consultation on the terms and conditions of the selection) and other data related to the Defendant’s request.
