Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. When the Defendant (hereinafter “A”) who is the landowner of the instant contract newly constructs a main complex building (hereinafter “the instant project”) in the city of the Gyeonggi-do Government, the Plaintiff and the Defendant (hereinafter “B”) appointed the Plaintiff (hereinafter “B”) who is the owner of the instant contract to provide various advisory services related to the progress of the project, the purpose of this contract is to set the rights and obligations between the contracting parties in designating the Plaintiff (hereinafter “B”) who is the service supplier.

2) The service fees referred to in paragraph 1 above shall be paid to B in cash on the day following the loan implementation. 3) When paying the service fees, B shall provide the service fees to B.
4) If a request is made by A, an amount other than 1.5%, which is the service fees of B after raising the service fees, shall be returned to A, and A shall provide data to enable B to settle the tax. Article 4 (Period of Service and Prevention of Double Contracts) (1) The term of the contract for the service shall be one month from the date of conclusion of the contract, and it shall be one month from the date of receipt of a separate notice of termination (1 month).
