A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On January 14, 2016, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Daejeon District Court for the same year during the execution of his/her punishment in Daejeon Prison.

On December 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was in front of the restaurant for the operation of the Victim C, located in Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu; (b) cut off and destroyed the locks of the warehouse; and (c) attempted to steal another’s property by intrusion upon the locked; and (d) failed to locate the stolen object.

2. On December 18, 2016, at around 06:00, the Defendant: (a) cut off three string machines installed in the E amusement room located in Daejeon-dong Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu; (b) cut off three string machines installed in the victim F’s parking lot; and (c) cut off the cash 500,000 won and strings in number owned by the victim; and (d) cut off the strings of three string machines installed in the victim F’s parking lot.

3. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.

A. On December 16, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on a motor vehicle around 05:30 on December 16, 2016, driven a G Jin car from the front side of the 79-ro, Dong-dong, Daejeon to the front side of the mailing in the same Gu.

B. On December 18, 2016, the Defendant did not obtain a driver’s license of a motor vehicle on December 18, 2016, and operated the said small-scale motor vehicle at the section indicated in the foregoing paragraph A.
