A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From around 02:55 on July 30, 2018, the thief, the Defendant: (a) discovered the key of a machine extracted from a man-made mine located in the waste bag while attempting to work for the victim; (b) had a 19 machine extracted from the machine inside the machine using the said key and had a 560,000 won in cash inside the machine; and (c) had a 560,000 won in cash inside the machine, from that time to August 11, 2018, the Defendant stolen the property by intrusion on the structure that is managed by the victim C at night on two occasions, as described in the list of crimes attached to the crime list.

On August 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the “D extraction room” operated by the victimized person, such as Paragraph (1) around 07:20 on August 12, 2018; and (b) sought to remove a spug machine by using the key in which the victimized person was in possession; (c) but (d) sought to steal cash; (c) but (d) was discovered to the victim who entered into a bed and attempted.
