Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant for theft:

(a) On May 11, 2015, in a place where employees, such as a manager of narcotics, etc., are removed from a penta 1M mp, which is a drug stored in the second floor of D Hospital C located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si (2mg).

Lambaths;

B. Around May 12, 2015, thefted by the aforementioned methods from penta (2mg) 1 Mp and 1mpidine (1mg) mpidine (1mg) in storage in the above place;

C. Around May 13, 2015, thefted by the aforementioned methods from pentl (2mg) 1 Mp and 1 amplzidine (1mg) in storage in the above place;

D. Around May 14, 2015, thefted by the same method as pentl (2mg) 1 Mpl and 1mmpidine (1mg) in storage in the above place;

E. Around May 16, 2015, a person stolen penta (2mg) 2 Mpla (2mg) stored in the above place by means of the foregoing, respectively.

2. The Defendant for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (narcotics);

(a) On May 11, 2015, in Ansan-si, a member C, as described in paragraph 1(a) at the toilet of D Hospital, put a penta (2mg) 1 MP, a stolen-friendly drug, into a single-use injection machine and directly administered the Defendant’s bloodline, and use it for administration;

B. On May 12, 2015, at the toilet of the foregoing hospital, put a penta-tamp (2mg) 1 M 1 mp, which is a stolen drug, into a single-use injection machine on May 12, 2015, and directly administering it in the same manner as the Defendant’s body blood cells (1mg) mpidine (1mg) in the same order, and use it by directly administering it into the Defendant’s bloodline;

(c) On May 13, 2015, in the toilet of the foregoing hospital, inserting pentl pentl 1 mp (2mg) mp (2mg) into a single-use injection machine, which is a stolen drug, as set forth in paragraph (c) of Section 1, and directly in injection into the Defendant’s body bloodline, in the order of precedence, and using the injection in one mpidine (1mg) in the same manner;

(d) On May 14, 2015, as referred to in paragraph (1)(d) at the toilet at the above hospital, in a single-use pentl pentl (2mg) 1 M pla, in injection in the same manner as the Defendant’s body blood cells and in the order of injection in the same manner, and used for injection in the same manner as 1mg (1mg);
