A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a child of the United States Armed Forces in Korea subject to SOFA, and is not a narcotics handler.

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. Due to Purchase of pentum pentums;

A. On October 2019, the Defendant purchased the head of Pyeongtaek-si Btel C, and D’s house to $ 80,000, including narcotics-related pentry ingredients.
