Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On January 17, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence due to special larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court, and on June 18, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a one-year sentence of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. in the Jeonju District Court’s military mountain support on June 19, 2014, and the said sentence became final and conclusive on June 19, 2014, and completed the execution of the final sentence on August 26, 2016.

1. Larceny;

A. On November 8, 2016, at around 01:58, the Defendant: (a) opened a galglar propelle B, the 1st floor parking lot located in Songpa-gu Seoul Olympic Winter, Songpa-gu, Seoul Olympic Winter Games, which was not locked by the Victim C; and (b) driven the said car at the market price of KRW 20 million in the market price owned by the Victim by driving it as it is, with the key set up at the 1st floor parking lot of DK 3, which was not set up as owned by the Victim C; and (c) driving it as it is at the speed set up.

B. On November 13, 2016, around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat of a FTTballa car at the first floor parking lot of 304-dong 304, the 334-ro, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and did not lock the victim E; and (b) took a theft against the Defendant’s Samsung Card No. 2 and one national card owned by the victim.

On November 13, 2016, around 02:10, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat of HWz motor vehicle at the first floor parking lot of 304-dong 304, the 334-ro, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, which was located in the river of Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and caused theft of KRW 1,6,000, which is owned by the victim.

On November 16, 2016, at around 00:00, the Defendant: (a) transpamed 2, a 1 copy of the national card, cash 90,000 won, which was located in a 803-dong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, a prisoner of war; (b) opened a door-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-on, 2305; and (c) brought a theft to KRW 1,000.
