1. The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons
1. As to the cause of claim
A. On July 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) leased one unit of credit card terminal device equivalent to KRW 500,000 from the Plaintiff without compensation; (b) monthly maintenance and management services equivalent to KRW 11,000; (c) monthly digital signature services equivalent to KRW 16,500; and (d) monthly installation of automatic payment services equivalent to KRW 11,000; (b) monthly installation of credit card transaction approval services using the card terminal provided by the Plaintiff for a period of 60 months; and (c) replacement of the equipment of another company within the agreed period with the equipment of the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff concluded a contract with the Defendant on the ground that the contract was concluded to compensate the Defendant for the remainder of the contract amount of KRW 30,00 (hereinafter “instant contract”); and (d) the Plaintiff’s transfer of the equipment to the equipment of another company within the agreed period of time; and (d) the Plaintiff’s transfer of the equipment to the Defendant on the ground that the contract was concluded on the ground that the contract was terminated 251.
3) From August 21, 2013 to April 30, 2015, the Plaintiff paid a total of KRW 413,800 to the Defendant, and the Defendant’s monthly average approval number is 1,891 cases. [The Defendant’s monthly average approval number of cases is 1,891 cases.]
B. In the absence of special circumstances, the Defendant: (a) pursuant to the instant provision, pursuant to the Plaintiff’s provision, KRW 413,800; (b) the equipment amount of KRW 800,00 ( KRW 300,000 in a container 500,000 in a credit card terminal); and (c) the service fee of KRW 2,310,00 ( KRW 11,500 in a digital signature 11,000 in a maintenance and management ( KRW 11,50 in an automatic payment) x 60 months); (d) penalty of KRW 2,09,010 [1,891 】 37 months (from June 2015, 2015, until July 2018) x 30 won in a total of KRW 5,622,810, and 810 in a contract period].
