Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is an enterprise that leases and manages credit card terminals, etc., and the Defendant is a person who operates a C pharmacy in the Goyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan City B building.
B. On November 20, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant, setting the contract period as 60 months, and entered into a contract to lease credit card terminals and supplementary equipment.
(hereinafter referred to as the "Lease Agreement of this case"). Major details of the terms of use included in the Lease Agreement of this case shall be as follows:
