Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, around 04:00 on December 22, 2017, wanting to go to the Seongbuk-gu Police Station and the International News in the state of drinking in the door of Seoul Seongbuk-gu Seoul Seongbuk-gu Police Station located in 170, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul.
