Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. 2018 high group 3718;

A. A. The same shall also apply to other mobile stores.

B. On May 13, 2018, from around 01:00 to around May 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a lock at the victim E (FF Kap-type truck)’s “F Kap-type truck”-type store (FF 29 years old) located in the direction of the 30-day coastal book-type Do, Busan, and brought about approximately KRW 180,00,00,00,00,000, in cash, and 1 salary flap truck (a. 1,400,000, KRW 30,000).

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.

3. On July 5, 2018, around 01:00, the Defendant attempted to commit a theft of property by putting windows on a mobile store (flopped truck) located in the parking lot located in the area of 14, 5, 00, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 198, in Busan-gun, Busan-gun, the Defendant did not discover any stolen property.
