1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months;

(b) Crime history;

1. On January 15, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months by imprisonment with prison labor for the attempted larceny of a structure intrusion at night in Seoul Southern District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 2, 2018.

2. Criminal facts;

A. Special larceny Defendant: (a) destroyed a part of the door at night, and intruded into a structure where people gather, thereby thefting another’s property, as follows.
