Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 21, 2015, at around 05:20 on August 21, 2015, Defendant A’s special larceny with D, operated ES3 car from B, and arrived at the starting point of the branch line in South-west Sea, South-west. At around 05:25 on the same day, Defendant A discovered 25 m infinites at the market price of approximately 400,000 won owned by the victim F, which was kept on the lower part of the branch line in the middle line of the mother line, and D brought a ice schoolr in the above vehicle, moved the above active language to the Aice school, and loaded it into the above vehicle.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with D.
2. Abetting an offender by Defendant A;
A. As a result, the Defendant instigated a person who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment to escape.
