A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding 2,00,000 won.

1. On August 26, 2013, at around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) was parked in the way front of the GP company located in Seo-dong 350-5, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju; (b) reported the network; and (c) the Defendant opened a door that was not corrected in the foregoing vehicle; and (d) carried out a copy of the Gwangju Franchi card (E), which is owned by the victim in the vehicle receiving space.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the credit card of the victim together with D.
2. The Defendant, like D and D, committed fraud and Specialized Credit Finance Business Act violations, committed an attempt to purchase goods using stolen credit cards.
On August 26, 2013, around 22:42, 2013, the Defendant purchased a stolen credit card from the H convenience store operated by the victim G in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and presented it to the victim as if he was the Defendant’s card, and D was next to it.
However, the defendant and D were not the owner or legitimate holder of the credit card, and there was no intention or ability to pay the price even if the payment for the goods was made.
Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with D, by deceiving the victim, and received 1,600 won at the market price from the victim, i.e., the victim, and illegally used the stolen B credit card in the name of B.
B. On August 26, 2013, around 22:48, the Defendant: (a) purchased goods, such as “dinging bluedo” at the H convenience store operated by the victim G in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju; (b) presented the victim’s stolen credit card as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s card; and (c) D was next to that.
However, the defendant and D were not the owner or legitimate holder of the credit card, and there was no intention or ability to pay the price even if the payment for the goods was made.
Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, deceiving the victim, which is the market price of 24,00 won from the victim.
