A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 5, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. and 300,000 won in the Western District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court on October 2, 2013, and was sentenced to 10,000 won on October 2, 2013, and was sentenced to punishment for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and for larceny.

1. The Defendant habitually stolen the victims’ property at least six times as follows. A. The Defendant habitually stolen the victims’ property.

On April 19, 2014, around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) opened an unlocked gate at the victim D’s house in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu; (b) opened it as a way to hold it; and (c) used a 400,000 won in the market price owned by the victim and 300 won in e.g., the Defendant stolen it.

B. At around 18:30 on January 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim F on the street in front of Seogu, Seogu, Daegu; (b) cut off the door of the G-gu car parkeded by the victim F; and (c) cut off the victim’s 500 foot (total 5,400 foot) with 6 and 24 100 foot molds (total 5,400 won) owned by the victim on the vehicle.

C. On January 1, 2015, from around 19:00 to 23:00, the Defendant opened a door in front of the Daegu Southern-gu H, Daegu-gu Cargo Vehicle of the victim I, which was parked therein, and used a cargo vehicle of the amount of KRW 100,000 at the market price owned by the victim, one ticket of the cargo vehicle of KRW 100,00, and one ticket of the pocket book containing Samsung Card, one ticket of which the market price is KRW 35,000, and one sheet of KRW 5,000 at the market price, and stolen it.

On January 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a locked entrance and opened the entrance, and cited two cell phones of the victim’s cell phones owned by the Defendant, which was located in the said swine storage box in the Seocho-gu, Daegu-gu; and (b) used two cell phones of the amount equivalent to KRW 20,000, the market price of KRW 200,000 in the west-gu, Seo-gu; and (c) stolen it.

E. On January 17, 2015, the Defendant was parked in the MM parking lot of Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu.
