If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 25, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.087% at around 23:25, the Defendant driven B vehicles at a section of approximately one kilometer in the front of the Do-dong in the Do-dong in the Cheongju-gu Cheongju-gu Cheongju-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Goju-gu.
