Punishment of the crime

On April 6, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.169%, driven a B SP car over about 20 meters from around the restaurant in which the trade name in the Gung-gu Gung-gu Bung-ro 55-2 is unknown, from around the restaurant in which it is difficult to find out the trade name in the Gung-gu Gung-gu Bong-ro 55-2, Cheongju-ro.
