[2018 Highest 276] The Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 700,000 won on March 4, 2013 to a violation of road traffic laws (drinking), and was sentenced to a fine of 4 million won on October 21, 2014 to a violation of road traffic laws (drinking) at the branch court of the Daegu District Court, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 4 million won on October 21, 2014, and was sentenced to a violation of road traffic laws at the Ulsan District Court on May 21, 2015.

On January 16, 2018, at around 18:00, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle from the apartment at the site apartment in Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, without a motor vehicle driver's license, with a level of about 2 km from approximately 0.175% alcohol concentration in blood at the area of about 2 km in front of the same road in the same Gu.

As a result, the Defendant once driven a motor vehicle without a driver's license even though he/she had a record of punishment more than twice due to drinking.

【2018 Height 375】 On December 18, 2017, the Defendant, at the home of the victim E, located in Gangnam-gun, Gangwon-do around 20:00, brought the keys of the Fwing-III freight vehicle owned by the victim and parked in the place, without obtaining the consent of the victim, and drive the said cargo vehicle from the above place to the seat of the 4k crossing-gun of the Gangwon-do to the seat of the 17m crossing-gun of the vehicle without the driver’s license.

As a result, the defendant used another person's vehicle temporarily without the consent of the right holder, and operated the vehicle without the driver's license.
