A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A person, other than an entrusted business entity, who is a national sports promotion corporation or a person who is not an entrusted business entity, shall not engage in an act of providing property or property benefits (hereinafter referred to as "similar act") to a person who correctly predicted the result of sports promotion by issuing voting rights or a similar things, and no person shall gambling by using the same.

From February 13, 2016 to June 13, 2017, the Defendant opened a “D’s website address address”, which is an illegal sports soil site, and deposited KRW 6.4 million over 21 times with the E-bank account (F) used by the above gambling site operator, Korea Bank account (1050281291) in the name of 1,3750,000 won, G name bank account (H), KRW 27.455 million over 41 times, and KRW 7.75 billion over 69 times in the name of the Bank of Korea (J), KRW 14,4930,000, KRW 9450,000 in the name of 3050,000 won in the name of 1,49750,000 won in the name of 3.750,000 won in the name of the Kwikset Bank, and KRW 1,491,7415,000,00.
