Punishment of the crime

1. On February 3, 2016, at the defendant's home located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K and 103 around February 3, 2016, the defendant purchases the rox G1 MT at the victim's home, while the defendant purchases the rox G1 MT in the country.

2.
