1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,900,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 5, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

Description of Claim

The portion of the loan claimed by the Plaintiff against the Defendant exceeds the annual interest rate of Article 208 (3) 3 and 194 (Decision by Public Notice) of the Civil Procedure Act (Presidential Decree No. 2515, Sep. 23, 2009) and Article 255 (1) of the Addenda of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Action (Presidential Decree No. 2008 (1,80,000), on April 13, 2009 (2,00,000) and on November 24, 2009 (4,000,000) and claimed by the Plaintiff in excess of the annual interest rate of Article 208 (3) 3 and 194 (Decision by Public Notice) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 2565).

(Provided, That Article 98 and the proviso to Article 101 of the Civil Procedure Act shall apply to the bearing of litigation costs)
