When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 8, 2015, the Defendant driven a C-learning car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.179% in a section of approximately 200 meters from 30-1 to 315 meters in the same Si/Gun as the Si-Gun, Si-si, Si-si, Si-si, around 10:10.
