Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On November 29, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months for fraud in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon branch on November 29, 2017, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on March 3, 2018.

In other words, the term “K” means that the victim transfers the sum of KRW 3,770,000,000 to the Agricultural Bank Account (N) in the name of G on August 2, 2017, KRW 5,700,000 to the Saemaul Treasury Account (J) in the name of G on August 3, 2017, KRW 5,40,000,000 to the National Bank Account in the name of K on August 3, 2017, KRW 10,000,000 to the National Bank Account in the name of K on August 4, 2017, and KRW 9,70,000 to the Agricultural Bank Account (N) in the name of M on August 4, 2017, and Defendant, D, E, etc.
