Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Juveniles from Sexual Abuse (Indecent Acts by Forced Conduct) in the Jeju High Court on February 8, 2017, and was sentenced to a four-year suspended sentence for the Defendant on February 16, 2017, which became final and conclusive on February 16, 2017.

[Criminal facts] "2017 Highest 3270"

1. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim C around November 6, 2016, at around 02:00, opened a window in front of and without correction in order to steal the property from the victim C’s house located in Jeju Island, and entered the house and left the house, thereby leaving the mother and child of the amount equivalent to KRW 100,000 in the market price of the letter at the same place.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd another's residence at night and stolen another's property.

2. Crimes against victims E;

A. On July 1, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime on July 1, 2017: (a) around 04:40 around Jeju, and around 04:40 around 1, 2017, the Defendant came into the house of the victim E, and came into the front of the entrance door through a string gate in order to steal property, and went into the house, and examined the inside of the entrance door with the entrance door in order to enter the front of the entrance door through a string gate; and (b) was discovered to the victim from the door after hearing the string sound.

B. On July 5, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime on July 5, 2017: (a) around 04:00 around July 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered the front of the entrance through a string gate, which was opened in order to steal the property from the place like paragraph (2) 2-A; and (b) opened into the house and opened the house, thereby cutting the string door, cutting the window of the string, hearing the sound of the bathing room, and then cutting out the victim from the opening.

On July 7, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime at around 03:30 on July 7, 2017, around 2017, entered the front of the entrance through a string gate to steal property at the same place as Paragraph 2-A. In order to enter the front of the entrance door through a string gate to take a theft of property, the Defendant was able to write the string door in the front door, and then string light was cut off to the victim and attempted to do so after the cell phone.

Accordingly, the defendant is in the dwelling of another person at night over three times.
