A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 17, 2014, at around 02:00, the Defendant intruded into a multi-household house located in Chuncheon City via a gate, which was opened, and then stolen three clothes belonging to the victim’s house located in the second floor of the said house.

2. On June 24, 2014, at around 02:00, the Defendant intruded into the gate via the gate opened at the place indicated in the preceding paragraph, and stolen five clothes owned by the victim, which are personal in front of the 2nd floor of the said house, in front of the flasium of the victim D.

3. On July 1, 2014, at around 02:30 on July 1, 2014, the Defendant intruded into the gate via the gate opened at the place indicated in the preceding paragraph, and stolen the 6 punishment of clothes, 1 punishment, and 1 room in front of the victim D’s string of the second floor of the said house.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by intrusion upon the victim's residence at night over a total of three times.

3. Class 3 (Recommendation Scope) of the mitigated area (8 to 1.6 months) of the mitigated area (8 to 1.6 months) for the theft of general property.
