The defendants shall make December 30, 1991 with respect to one-eight percent share of each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet to the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff and the Defendants are the grandchildren (G’s capital loss) of G Hanam H, who were the owners of each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter the instant real estate).
B. The Plaintiff is a son of H’s 3 South Korea, and the Defendants are the son of H’s J, the son of H.
C. The Plaintiff occupied the instant real estate from around 1971.
The details related to the inheritance of the real estate in this case among G's household drawings are as follows.

E. G, the title holder of the instant real estate, died on February 22, 1926 (No. 4), and around May 8, 1924 (No. 13 years old), G died before G’s death (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 87Meu13, Sept. 26, 1989). As such, G’s wife K became a female head of the instant real estate and succeeded to the instant real estate temporarily.
F. On September 20, 1929, O, the head of L's East H, who was the head of L's East H, was selected as the ex post facto breeder, and succeeded to the real estate in this case, but on January 1, 1951, O died in an unmarried manner and was not selected as the ex post facto breeder.
G. At the time of the O’s death, the child is H, M, and N, which is the form of L, and the share of the instant real estate was reverted to the following:

H. Since H had already died on December 20, 1947, prior to the death of theO, on December 20, 1947, the first-third share of the instant real estate to be distributed to that person was inherited by the J, i.e., son-Nam at the time of the death of H, according to the former custom, and as the J died on November 3, 1992, the Defendants and S, who are the children of J, succeeded to the following shares:
H The heir's birth date of the J's birth date is the inheritance share of the inheritance ratio of the deceased's birth date.
