A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall order the completion of a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a certified intermediary operating “F real estate” in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the victim G (V, 22 years old) is a person who leased a house through the Defendant.
