Defendant
A A shall be punished by a fine of one million won, and by a fine of five hundred thousand won, respectively.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Defendant
A is the representative director of the LA and the certified intermediary, and the defendant B is the person who works as a mediation assistant in the LAB and the mediation assistant in the LAB.
1. The Defendant B was prohibited from taking over or lending another person’s authorized broker qualification certificate. Nevertheless, the Defendant, even though he was not an authorized broker in Y-gu, Y-si, Y-si, Y-si, Y-si, Y-si, Y-si, Y-si, Y-si, Y-si, in carrying out a real estate lease contract for the lease of G to H, the Defendant used it with a certified broker qualification certificate leased from the Defendant A by a certified broker private person.
2. No certified defendant A shall allow another person to render brokerage services using his/her name, or transfer or lend his/her certificate of qualification to another person;
Nevertheless, the defendant lent the qualification certificate to the defendant B as set forth in the above paragraph 1.
