Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On January 14, 198, the Plaintiff acquired Class 1 ordinary driving licenses, and Class 1 large driving licenses on November 21, 1989, respectively.
B. On February 19, 2014, the Plaintiff driven a city bus No. 13:55 B No. 54 on February 13:5, 2014, parked on three-lanes in front of the bus stops located in the Busan-gu Busan-gu Busan-gu, and proceeded in the direction of a large line to board and alight the bus passengers, and enter two-lanes from the three-lanes. C. In relation to the instant traffic accident, the Defendant issued the instant disposition that revoked the Plaintiff’s driver’s license as of June 17, 2014 on the ground that the Plaintiff’s total sum of the total sum of the 10 points and 90 points based on one person who violated the duty of change of course and 10 points based on one person who died, and on May 14, 2014, the Plaintiff’s annual total sum of the 145 points and at least 121 points, which are the criteria for revoking the driver’s license.
On May 29, 2014, the Plaintiff appealed against the instant disposition and filed an administrative appeal with the Central Administrative Appeals Commission, but the said claim was dismissed on June 24, 2014.
