Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in Internet advertising agency business.

1. On February 4, 2014, the Defendant posted an advertisement bulletin on “D”, a victim’s company, on the Internet “C” online (hereinafter “C”) on the early February 2014, the Defendant: (a) had access to the FPC located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu’s G’s E site (hereinafter “H”) and had access to the said site (e.g., g., h., h., h.) and had access to the FPC located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon’s E; and (b) had the victim insultd the victim by openly exposing the comments under the above advertisement text “I am fl. I am. I am fl. I am off and fl. I am fl.”

2. On February 4, 2014, at the same place as above 04:02, the Defendant, at the same time as above 04:02, insulting the victim’s openly insultd the victim by openly citing the comments, “I am saw that “I am dynasium search automatic” under the advertisement text written by the victim, like the foregoing 1.

3. At around 11:50 on February 5, 2014, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, the Defendant publicly insulting the victim’s comments under the above paragraph (1) that “The victim was able to write down in the Kacbook, in which the victim was aware of knowledge before he was punished by money, and the price was deleted, with a good part of the Kacin, which was published in which the land was deleted, while she was running a business at the end of 1:50,000 and larger than the low human being.”

4. 피고인은 2014. 2. 5. 11:54경 위 3항과 같은 장소에서 피해자가 위 1항과 같이 올린 광고글 밑에 “어떻게 복수해 줄까 요리조리 살피고 있었는데 마침 잘 됐네 임마 잘 해주긴 뭘 잘해줘 시켜먹기나 존나 시켜먹을려고 했지 뭘해도 다 맘에 안든다고 하고 존나 괴롭히고 ‘정신병자’도 안 그러겠다 임마”라는 댓글을 달아 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

5. 피고인은 2014. 2. 5. 12:07경 위 3항과 같은 장소에서 피해자가 위 1항과 같이 올린 광고글 밑에"변변한 사무실도 없는 놈이 맨날 뻥치고 살지마라 ㅋㅋㅋ...
