1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

On July 12, 2018, pursuant to Articles 117(2) and 120(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, the court ordered the Plaintiff to provide security for the costs of lawsuit. The Plaintiff filed an immediate appeal with the Incheon District Court 2018Ra5272 against the above order to provide security. However, on November 14, 2018, the said court dismissed the order, and the said dismissal ruling became final and conclusive on December 27, 2018.

Accordingly, the above order to provide security was confirmed on the same day, but since the plaintiff did not provide security within the period specified in the above order to provide security from the date of confirmation of the above order to provide security, it is decided to dismiss the lawsuit of this case without pleading pursuant to the main sentence of Article 124 of the Civil Procedure Act.
