1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

On June 29, 2018, pursuant to Articles 117(2) and 120(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, the court ordered the Plaintiffs to provide security for the costs of lawsuit. The Plaintiffs filed an immediate appeal against the said order as Seoul Western District Court 2018Ra1086, but the said court dismissed the order. On November 15, 2018, the said court rendered a ruling of dismissal. The Plaintiffs re-appealed as Supreme Court Decision 2018Ma7551, Mar. 29, 2019, but the said court dismissed the order.

Accordingly, the above order to provide collateral was confirmed on the same day, but since the plaintiffs did not provide collateral within the period prescribed in the above order to provide collateral from the date of confirmation of the above order to provide collateral, the plaintiffs decided to dismiss the lawsuit of this case without pleading pursuant to the main sentence of Article 124 of the Civil Procedure Act.
