Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who drives a car in C Coin.
On August 28, 2014, the Defendant driven the above vehicle around 20:20 meters, driving the three-lane road in front of the Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul, with the direction of the Do 6-lane 4 from the Myeonside to the Do 30-40km each hour according to the two-lane.
At that place, there is an intersection where signal lights are installed.
In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to confirm whether there is a motor vehicle traveling along the intersection by reducing speed and checking well the front side of the road, and to prevent the accident by safely driving according to the traffic signal in advance.
Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and continues to proceed at the same speed in violation of the signal while the signal is changed to a stop signal.
From the left side of the proceeding direction, the front part of the F-wheeled Motor Vehicle driven by the victim E, who is going to the intersection in accordance with the signals, was collisioned with the front part of the Defendant's vehicle.
As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim by negligence in the course of business, such as salt ties, tensions, etc., which require approximately two weeks of treatment.
