Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of C New Franchise XG private taxi.

At around 02:30 on September 13, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car with the victim D (the age of 39) who is a taxi guest, and proceeded on the two-lanes of the fourth line road of 557, Ma-ro, Gyeyang-ro, Incheon, Gyeyang-ro, Ma-ro, 2, and 57, Ma-ro, Ma-ro, 57, Ma-ro, Ma-ro, 2, toward the direction of the business lending on the right side of the Do-ro.
