Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was the president of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Council of Residents' Representatives from June 2010 to May 2012, and C was the head of the above apartment management office from October 2010 to June 201, and the Defendant and C concluded various construction and purchase service contracts for the aforementioned apartment occupants, paid the price, and entrusted the affairs concerning the management and operation of apartment facilities from the occupants. E is the person who was the representative of the (ju)GG, who was the communications facility company located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City from October 2010 to October 2012, and H was the head of the business division of the above apartment.
The above apartment council of occupants' representatives tried to replace the worn-out Audiophone line in a digital way. On April 201, E's (State)G continued to actively promote the above apartment by holding a product presentation meeting against the above apartment to be ordered to replace the above Audiophone line. In the end, around May 11, 201, the above apartment council entered into a contract with the council of occupants' representatives for replacement of the above apartment.
The contents of the contract are as follows: (a) GG would allow the residents of the above apartment complex to sell the Internet and goods related thereto (Internet telephone, Internet TV, mobile phones, etc.) free of charge in the above apartment complex; and (b) furthermore, if the Internet subscription rate of the residents exceeds a certain ratio, it would be to install the automatic door and elevator CCTV free of charge.
In other words, the main purpose of the above contract was to sell the Internet and related products to the above apartment residents. Accordingly, in Article 2 (Contract Terms and Notarial Deed) of the above contract, "G" is "Internet" for apartment residents.
