1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B shall have jurisdiction over each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1, 2, and 3.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. D is a clan E (hereinafter “instant clan”) from May 4, 2007 to December 18, 2012, from May 4, 2007, to December 18, 2012.
(2) On January 14, 2013, D embezzled approximately KRW 2.1 billion for the purpose of paying damages to the instant clan on the part of the president of the clan. D was indicted as the Defendant’s District Court Goyang Branch 2014Gohap278, 2015Gohap64 (combined) for the criminal facts that committed the act of embezzlement, fabrication of private documents, etc., and the said court was convicted of four years of imprisonment with prison labor for D on July 10, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive as they were dismissed, respectively.
B. Division 1) The above H Forest land was 4,964 square meters (the land category was changed on September 4, 2014).
