On June 26, 2014, Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for ten months in the Seoul Eastern District Court on July 4, 2014 and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for the violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. at the Seoul East Eastern District Court on July 30, 2012, and Defendant C was still under suspended sentence, and Defendant C was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and two million won for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on November 30, 2012, and that judgment became final and conclusive on December 8, 2012.
